GRWM - Sonnet 49

True light caressed the contents of your face
And danced among a lighter symphony
In corners of your dress, from melody
To sweeter reverie within your grace;
Just for a moment, sight and sound will fade
As sure your gemstone eyes will rest in mine,
Or would your flaxen hair then intertwine
My heart within its grasp, then I was made;
I'm not immune to beauty or to chance,
But does your charm so happen to be caught
In my imagination? I think not:
O' wondrous dream of wonders in that glance!
Attend to my ungainliness let on;
For elegance yourself upends the dawn!
